We offer an hourly rate or a flat rate, however, we typically bill our time hourly. We keep detailed logs of the time spent on your matters and count in ten minute increments. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients and can be found on our invoices. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Retainers must be paid upfront. Please call for our current hourly rates. Please note we send our invoices to you, the attorney, and do not bill your clients for our services. We work only for attorneys and payment for our services must come from attorneys, and not from anyone else.
